Lisa Nunez: Office Manager / Sales

Lisa Nunez - I graduated from Katherine Gibbs School in 1992. I was a legal secretary for a Real Estate law firm from 1992-1997.  In 1998, I started working for a contractor as the office manager and became interested in new construction.

I have been a licensed Real Estate agent in Massachusetts and Rhode Island for 3 years. I am presently the office manager at Velozo Real Estate and specialize in new construction and raw land sales.

Kim Copeland : Marketing / Sales

Kim Copeland - I am currently the Marketing Specialist here at Velozo Real Estate along with being a licensed agent. I have been licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island since 2001.
I have many years of  management experience and training.

At this time I am currently involved with the Fall River Chamber of Commerce and The SouthCoast Business Networking Group. I was actively involved in forming the Somerset Chapter of the SouthCoast Business Networking Group. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors.

I was raised in Somerset. I am a graduate of Somerset High School and attended Bristol Community College. I reside in Dighton with my husband of more than 13 years and my two children. I am an enthusiastic goal driven individual, dedicated to my chosen career in Real Estate. My goal is to provide each client with the professionalism and dedication they deserve.

Cynthia Velozo : Administrative Assistant

Cynthia Velozo - Administrative Assistant for 2 years at Velozo Real Estate. Cynthia Owned and Operated a business for 12 years before joining Velozo Real Estate. Cynthia worked at The University of Massachusetts as an Administrative Assistant for 10yrs.

Affiliations: Cynthia is involved with several groups and a couple of local clubs including: Stock Club, Baker's Beach Club and the Charlton Memorial Ladies Auxiliary.

Scott Velozo - I have been a life long resident in the Somerset area. I J.Scott Velozo have been with my significant other for the past 16 years and have a son that recently graduated from Somerset High School. I have been a licensed real estate broker for the last 16 years and have 10 years of sales experience with Prudential Financial services and Mass Mutual. Cindy Lee Cabral -During the last 40 years, I have resided in Somerset, Fall River, Westport and New Bedford. I am married and have 2 children.
I have been self-employed for over 14 years. I recently joined Velozo Real Estate because of Jim’s reputation for honesty, professionalism and dedicated service to his customers.

Paula 'DeSousa' Manchester - The only daughter of Azorean immigrants, Paula 'DeSousa' Manchester was raised in a Portuguese household in Swansea, MA. Besides learning the language of her parents' culture, she also received important lessons to include integrity and the value of hard work. Thomas F. Sweeney- I am a retired Fall River Public School Teacher with a B.A. in Education and twenty graduate credits. I am a veteran and have had previous sales experience. Pamela Camara - For the past fifteen years I have been an active human services professional seeking to improve the quality of life for all. I hold an advanced degree in counseling and truly envoy working with individuals of various backgrounds. Having lifelong exposure to the real estate industry, I received my real estate license last year and began working for RE/MAX. My desire to work for a local agency with a professional, reputable history and a solid commitment to community brought me to Velozo Real Estate. Jo-Ann Crosson - I was raised in Swansea and graduated from Joseph Case High School in 1978. I then attended Bryant College where I majored in Business Administration. I served as President of the PTA at Luther Elementary School, Swansea from 2000-2002 and was instrumental in the implementation of School Playground. I was active in the fund-raising efforts for St. Anne’s Hudner Oncology Get-Moving Walk for Cancer as well as fund-raising efforts for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. I reside in Swansea with my family.

I have been a Licensed Realtor for since 1994 and have received extensive training in the Century 21 system and Floyd Wickman. My goal is to provide my Clients with honest and professional service.

Stacey Raposa - I was born and raised in Swansea. I am a graduate of Case High School and Bridgewater State College. I am married and have a son, Benjamin. I have also resided in Fall River and currently live in Somerset. I have experienced both condominium and single family living.
